WINDMILL GRAF

BEER + CIDER = GRAF!

When Bruhaha asked us to help with a City Farm Cider we in turn asked for their help putting together our first graf. Graf is the name for any combination of brewing and cider making. Together we co-fermented apples from Windmill Hill City Farm with Vienna & Wheat Malt, Halletau & Saaz Hops. This left the juicy apple flavours beautifully cut through with bite from the noble hops. We then split the ferment for dry hopping with each of our choices of hops. We selected Citra, adding citrusy zing for an intensely mouth-watering finish

Juicy sweet apple melded with gentle malt. Lager bite and Citrus IPA zing.
