Wester is our 'Wester than West' modern, hazy, West Country craft cider. As local as local can be, Wester showcases the very special Ashton Brown Jersey apple  - discovered in Bristol in 1903, propagated at Bristol's famous Long Ashton Research Station, grown at Bristol's very own Far Orchard and now fermented at our own Bristol cidery. Citrusy, zingy, grapefruit notes from the Ashton Brown Jersey are layered on top of soft, velvety tannins from our blend of classic bittersweet varieties to create this epic juicy summer guzzler.
