Made with apples from Bristol’s own historic cider orchard! Bristol Blend is our take on the classic Bristol session cider, with that tangy acidity, mouth-watering astringency and easy-drinking consistency. We blended deep, tannic cider apple varieties with light, zingy dessert apple varieties for bucket loads of flavour paired with a smashable consistency. The dessert varieties bring fresh, popping flavours and aromas. The cider varieties bring complexity, astringency and a natural tangy acidity. Like Bristol this cider is a mash-up of city and country, traditional and modern. Like us Bristolians, it’s easy going, but with hidden depths and complexity!
