Our take on the classic Bristol pub cider. Rich, tannic bittersweet apples from Bristol's Far Orchard blended with a dash of zingy local dessert apples. The bittersweets bring complexity, astringency and a natural tangy acidity. The dessert varieties bring fresh, popping fruit flavours and aromas. Like Bristol this cider is a blend of city and country, traditional and modern. Like us Bristolians, it’s easy going, but with hidden depths and complexity! Fresh, fruity, tangy and apple-forward. Grassy and stone fruit aromas. Long complex finish.
