Our take on the classic Bristol pub cider. Rich, tannic bittersweet apples from Bristol's Far Orchard blended with light, zingy dessert apples. The dessert varieties bring fresh, popping flavours and aromas. The bittersweets bring complexity, astringency and a natural tangy acidity. Like Bristol this cider is a mash-up of city and country, traditional and modern. Like us Bristolians, it’s easy going, but with hidden depths and complexity! Fresh, fruity, tangy and apple-forward. Grassy and stone fruit aromas. Long complex finish.
