Harry Masters Jersey is a beguiling West Country apple otherwise known as Port Wine of Glastonbury.

It makes a blue-tinged cider and can produce a bursting blueberry-like flavour.

This Harry Masters varietal cider is unfiltered, full-bodied, complex and distinctive.

Intense blueberry bursts on the tongue, more blueberry on the nose, herbal and floral flavours and aromas, hints of menthol and lime. Made with 100% West Country apples.

SWEETNESS Dry/Med (1010sg).  ACIDITY Sprightly (3.0g/l TA).   BITTERNESS Mid.  TANNIN Mid.

STYLE Single Variety.   APPLES Harry Masters Jersey.   AGEING 2 years in tank.

FINISH Unfiltered, Med Dry, Sparkling.  APPEARANCE Hazy, Dry Grass.  ALCOHOL 6.2% ABV.
