An intensely tangy, citrusy delight
Browns Apple is one of those sharp varieties that put the tang in classic West Country ciders. Exploding with acidity, at first taste this apple is a knife fight, way too sharp to drink on its own. But give it some time to mature and it softens up a little. This Browns Apple cider has an intensely tangy sherbet acidity, sweet satsumas upfront and a dry peachy finish.
